Dynamic adsorption of inactive-immobilized-discarded Saccharomyces cerevisiae on Pb~(2+) in continuous-upflow reactor was studied through orthogonal experiment to investigate the optimal operating parameters as well as affecting factors,such as pH,flow rate,filling density of yeast on adsorption effectiveness.
