In this paper,heavy slags was vitrified by the molten method and the direct vitrify technology respectively,the optimum vitrify technology was ascertained,and the property of the vitrify material was characterized.
采用熔融法和直接玻化工艺分别对重矿渣进行了玻化处理,确定了适合的玻化工艺参数,并对玻化材料性能进行了检测,结果表明:重矿渣可玻化成高级饰面材料,其液态熔渣也可直接进行玻化,且重矿渣用量可达70%~80%,辅助原料少,工艺稳定,玻化材料的装饰性能好;且高温熔渣直接玻化的节能效果显著。
