With a photoelectric test device designed by the author, 632 and 150 embryos were examined respectively with two ways.
利用自行设计制作的光电测试装置,对632个和150个胚胎分别用两种方法进行测试,结果表明利用这两种方法都可以在孵化早期剔除无精蛋。
