In the recent 30 years of the Guhai water-lifting project,shortage middle arid zone society and the economic development it has made great contribution to since the outly was shortage for a long time,the project facility cannot obtain the immediate service,aging day by day.
固海扬水工程近30a来,为宁夏中部干旱带的社会及经济发展作出了巨大贡献,但是由于长期以来经费短缺,工程设施得不到及时维修,老化日益加剧,为了对宁夏固海扬水工程设施老化状况作出定量的科学评价,通过长期实践并结合数学理论知识,建立了固海扬水渠道工程老化现状评价的数学模型,为固海扬水工程进一步改造和规划提供科学决策的依据。
