The present study tries to determine the seasonal variation pattern of soil microorganisms, soil biological activity, soil enzyme activity and temperature, rainfall, soil nutrient status in a Eucalyptus ABL12 plantation with different undergrowth, located in Danzhou, western Hainan Province, and the potential allelochemicals in the related soil.
本研究以刚果12号桉(Eucalyptus ABL12)人工林土壤为研究对象,对土壤微生物、土壤生物化学活性、土壤酶活性以及气温、水分、土壤养分的季节变化动态进行测定,对土壤中的潜在化感物质进行分离鉴定,目的在于全面系统地了解桉树人工林土壤微生物与相关生态和环境因子之间的关系,以便为改善桉树人工林生态系统的生态环境,保持林地土地资源的可持续利用,以及桉树人工林持续经营提供理论依据。
