Based on the obtained Monoblepharis polymorpha Cornu AG which could produce relatively large amount of polyunsaturated fatty acids(PUFAs),different impact factors,such as fermentation media,inoculum age,fermentation time,original pH and adding of FeSO4·7H2O,were investigated for their effects on producing of PUFAs by fermentation.
