目的:探讨颊部大面积洞穿性缺损的修复方法和胸锁乳突肌皮瓣、额瓣联合修复的优缺点;方法:以甲状腺上血管、枕动脉和颈外静脉为血供的胸锁乳突肌皮瓣作为颊粘膜面修复,而以颞浅血管为血供的岛状额瓣作为颊部皮面修复;结果:共1例,胸锁乳突肌皮瓣约5×3cm、额岛状皮瓣约10×6cm,联合修复术皮瓣全部成活,无坏死;结论:胸锁乳突肌皮瓣和额部岛状瓣可作为颊癌术后部大面积洞穿性缺损的一期修复,该方法简单、易行、经济。
