Al2O3/diopside composites were fabricated by hot-pressing sintering process.
采用热压烧结法制备了氧化铝/透辉石复相陶瓷材料,分析了复合材料的微观结构,测试了复合材料的断裂韧度、硬度和抗弯强度与透辉石颗粒含量的对应关系。
The results show that when the addition of fluormica was less than 20% (in mass fraction, the same below), diopside was formed via reactive crystallization; when 40% fluormica was added, fluoramphibole was formed.
结果表明:氟云母加入量小于20%(质量分数,下同)时,反应析晶形成透辉石;加入40%时形成氟闪石;加入60%时氟闪石和氟云母共存;加入80%时大部分氟云母未反应,只有少量氟闪石形成。
