Starting from the range equations of EODM , this paper discusses the following problems: the ef-fecf of the atmospheric decrement upon the EODM return light intensity; the statistics of linear analysis for the relation between EODM precision and the return light signals ; presentation of new precision ex-pression for the experimental instruments by experimental data statistics.
