This paper discusses a single species growth model with three-stage structure(egg,immature and mature),which is a cannibalism species,that is,the mature preys on the egg,obtains sufficient conditions for the existence of globally asymptotically stable positive equilibrium,and puts forward the optimal harvesting policy of egg and mature population,respectively.
