[Objective] To observe the feasibility and safety of the vaginal vault sling operaton in the prevention of vault prolapse after laparoscopically total hysterectomy.
方法自2002年10月～2007年6月该科共有858例患者行腹腔镜下子宫全切术,随机取606例为研究组,术中进行阴道顶端悬吊修复和重建盆底,并取252例为对照组行常规腹腔镜子宫全切术,比较术中术后的并发症,并随访手术后阴道穹隆脱垂和性生活等情况。
