Method:The effects of Yixintong on Ca 2+ influx on leak calcium channel, receptor operationg calcium channel (ROC) and pulse dependent calcium channel (PDC) were observed respectively, by using rat aortic smooth muscle cell and radioactive 45 Ca technique.
