Objective To analyze the characteristic of serum proteins mass spectra in healthy controls,breast benign tumor and breast cancer patients by using surface enhanced laser desorption ionization time of flight mass spectrometry(SELDI-TOF-MS)technology, and screen protein mass spectra , build diagnostic models.
目的:应用表面加强激光解析电离化飞行时间质谱(SELDI-TOF-MS)技术分析健康女性人群、乳腺良性肿瘤病人及乳腺癌病人血清蛋白质谱,筛选差异蛋白质峰并建立乳腺癌血清蛋白质谱模型,并分析不同分期、不同淋巴结转移情况及手术前后血清蛋白质谱差异;分析乳腺癌病人中组织HER2与血清HER2之间以及组织HER2状态与血清蛋白质谱之间的关系,探讨乳腺癌病人的组织HER2状态与血清HER2以及血清蛋白质谱的相关性。
