Considering the disadvantage of traditional forming process of abrasive tool blank,the paper introduces the constant-distance forming method which is realized through applying the device of high precision microelectronic orientation to producing abrasive tool blank.
本文针对传统磨具毛坯成型工艺的不足 ,介绍了将高精度微电子定位装置应用于磨具毛坯生产中 ,实现定程成型的方法 ,并给出了相应的工艺流程
