Objective ]: To study the permeability of cinnamic aldehyde and hydroxycitronellal through skins of mice in vitro.
[目的]研究桂醛、羟基香茅醛对小鼠离体皮肤透皮吸收率。
A comparison of diethanolamine and sodium hydrogen sulfite as protectants in sinthesising hydroxycitronellal from citronellal shows that diethanolamine method has many advantages,such as higher yield,simpler process,less pollution,etc.
通过从香茅醛制取羟基香茅醛中,二乙醇胺和亚硫酸氢钠两种保护醛基法的分析和比较,指出二乙醇胺法具有收率较高、工艺较简单、污染较少等优点。
