Regarding perennial ryegrass and strong creeping red fescue as assaying organism, laboratory studies were conducted to determine the inhibition effect on 30 pesticides to 2 turf grasses seed root and shoot; Through regression assaying, the root length and shoot length EC50 were made out respectively, and then compared the sensitivity of 2 grasses seedling to 30 pesticides.
以多年生黑麦草和紫羊茅2种草坪用禾本科牧草作为供试草种，测试了30种农药在不同浓度下，对2种草坪草幼苗根长和茎长的抑制率；通过回归分析求出不同农药对2种草坪草根长与茎长的EC50值；并把30种农药对2种草坪草的敏感性进行比较。
In this study 46 maize inbred lines were evaluated for the traits of subcrown internode length,coleoptile length,subcrown internode and coleoptile total length,seedling emergence rate at 10 cm planting depth.
