Based on DAS-ELISA procedures, Dot-ELISA for detecting potato virus A(PVA) was conducted on two kinds of differently processed NC(nitrocellulose) strips (NC strip-1, NC strip-2), respectively.
结果表明,在NC条-2(NC strip-2)上的检测灵敏度与酶标板ELISA相当,而反应试剂的用量仅为酶标板ELISA的百分之一;NC条-1(NC strip-1)由于加样点间易发生交叉污染而不适合进行ELISA检测。
