Through on-spot-collection of automatic packing scale operational data,and calculating in process performance index(Cp Value),we found that the process performance of automatic packing scale was insufficient.
通过现场收集自动包装秤运行数据,利用过程能力指数(CP值)计算,确认自动包装秤工序能力不足,顺利解决了生产过程中存在的隐蔽性过程稳态失衡问题。
