The basic principle of the caller ID is introduced in the paper, On the basis of analysing the cause of losing information of the receiving-alarm system, a receiving-alarm system plan of combinating ID technique with computer system used to the caller and dare base technique is put forward, and the hardware/software design of this plan is offered.
