The strain As2796 was used as object;many separators are isolated by protoplast regeneration,tissue isolation and hyphal tip isolation.
本研究以生产中普遍使用的双孢蘑菇栽培菌株As2796作为提纯复壮的出发菌株,利用原生质体再生异核体分离、组织分离、菌丝尖端分离三种方法分离得到若干分离株,经过PDPY平板上的生长速度测定、麦粒种长速测定、粪草料试管中的长速测定、CMC酶相对活力的测定来进行初筛,并将初筛菌株进行栽培出菇试验,考察栽培菌株的农艺性状,包括菌盖直径、菌盖厚度、菌柄直径、菌柄长、单菇重、单位面积产量、栽培种满瓶时间。
