In terms of equipment,measures taken include small pitch,split roll,continuously bending and straightening,soft reduction segments,mould hydraulic oscillation,mould electromagnetic brakes,fine control over mould level,longer vertical section of the caster,ladle slag detection,big concavity tundish and tundi.
