本文利用NI公司的工业计算机和相关PXI板卡系列产品以及一块自行研发的数据通信转换卡,构成数字式仪表在线测试系统,系统模拟数字仪表测试所需要的车辆的各种状态参数和信号,包括模拟、数字、开关量及CAN等信号,驱动待测数字仪表,模拟车辆相关状态工作并反馈数字仪表的工作状态信息。
The former incircuit test instrument,which using SCM,because of its low data processing speed,a better antiinterference arithmetic way can′t be realized,so its operation speed is slow,and its test error is great too.
为适应世界测试仪表的发展趋势,本文采用PXI总线技术实现对电阻、电容等器件的在线测试,用隔离法测量电阻;用高频分析法测量电容,重点介绍了隔离点的选取原则,并利用PXI数据处理速度高的特点,采用滤波算法抑制干扰,提高了速度、减小了误差、拓宽了测试范围。
