It analyses the reasons of the declivity happen of one domestic,applies the anchor arm static press pile strengthening the basis,introduces the strengthen construction technology of anchor arm static press pile,adapts the parts cut-off pillar and jacking to correct a error,and practice illustrates that the methods has a good result,can be a reference to the other similar projects.

The results indicate that for the portal frames the base plates of which are bolted with one couple bolts, the sway of the frame considered with the column base rotational stiffness will be 20~ 40% less than that of the frame considered with pinned column bases.
算例结果表明:采用一对锚栓固定柱脚的轻型门式刚架,考虑柱脚转动刚度计算所得的最大柱顶侧移与铰接模型相比侧移减小20％～40％左右。
