An approach of fast and optimum on-line fault restoration of transformer in the distribution substation is proposed with the combination of PN model and GA.
在基于PetriNets(PN)模型的配电变电站的在线故障恢复研究中,重点研究了变压器的PN恢复处理模型与优化策略模块的结合:PN模型依据配变运行模式、非故障变压器容量对转移负载和过载的承受力来考虑恢复策略的求解操作;在甩负荷操作时,则按供电可靠性的原则对负荷重要性排序,按尽量少的操作次数、按流过母联功率最小作约束,构造有序优化约束目标的全局优化GA算法来完成。
At the same time,this paper researches practical mathematic model and arithmetic of distribution substation real-time power flow calculation,which adjusts and makes operating decision according to calculating result to fulfill the target of volta.
介绍了无功/电压控制方法的研究进展和发展趋势,分析了配电网的无功/电压特性以及传统的九分区无功补偿方法存在的缺陷,提出了基于实时调压计算的无功/电压控制策略,研究配电变电站实时潮流计算的实用数学模型和算法,由计算结果做出调节与操作决策,以满足电力系统电压和无功功率的要求,该模型简单、实用,适于在线控制。
