To solve economic load dispatch with transmission constraints and prohibited operating zones (POZs), a genetic algorithm called GENOCOP is developed, in which the initial population is composed of feasible solutions of the problem and the individuals generated by genetic operation are still within the feasible solution space defined by constraint conditions.
建立了考虑发电机禁止运转区和电力系统网络约束的经济负荷分配问题的数学模型,引入了GENOCOP遗传算法进行求解:初始种群由问题的可行解组成,遗传操作所产生的个体仍在约束条件定义的可行解空间内。
