The results show that in TCS processed K424,dendrite arms were coarser,SDAS was larger,the amount and size of microporosity of TCS pro- cessed K424 alloy is smaller,and its density is higher by about 1% than that in conventionally cast K424.
试验结果表明热控凝固铸造 K424合金枝晶较为粗大,二次枝晶臂间距较大;显微疏松的数量和尺寸均小于普通铸造 K424合金;密度比普通铸造的 K424合金高1%左右。
A new type of wear - resistant steel 45SiMnCrMo has been prepared by interrupt normalizing using waste heat of casting.
利用铸造余热、采用中断正火的工艺研制出 45 SiMnCrMo新型耐磨材料,分析随中断正火温度的变化,材料的硬度、冲击韧性、耐磨性的变化规律,探讨性能变化的微观机理。
