Cucumbers were soaked in the solution of chitosan,SiOx nanoparticals and single stearic acid glycerine ester to form a coating on the surface of the cucumbers,and the optimum ingredients of coating material were obtained.
采用壳聚糖、纳米SiOx及单甘酯作为复合涂膜剂,通过正交实验优化涂膜配方,对黄瓜进行涂膜处理,室温下对黄瓜进行失水率、硬度、叶绿素含量和Vc含量的测定,并且对复合涂膜的物理性能和抗菌性能进行测定。
