Results showed that both respiratory frequency and washing movement increased after treating Carassius auratus with different detergent solutions by accumulating concentration,but respiratory frequency and washing movement decreased after 24 hours after treating Carassius auratus with different detergent solutions by a single concentration(15 mg/L).
结果表明,累加质量浓度不同的洗涤剂溶液处理鲫鱼时,鲫鱼的呼吸频率和洗涤运动频率均有明显增加;而单一质量浓度(15 mg/L)的不同洗涤剂溶液处理鲫鱼24 h后,鲫鱼的呼吸频率和洗涤运动频率则明显下降。
