本文在具有两移动轴加一转动轴的联动功能数控磨床上,设计了成形沟槽磨削砂轮的修整装置,不仅解决了二次曲线回转面成形砂轮的修整,而且可以适应不同槽形曲线,满足小批量多品种成型沟槽的加工要求。
