The septal ultrastructure of Rhizoctonia solani after culturing for two days was observed by transmission electron microscopy, it was found that the inclusion body blocked the orifice of septal pore cap, and the septal pore channel was extruded by the folding cell membrane and formed a flat semi-round on cross section.
