Objective To investigate functional magnetic resonance imaging(fMRI) of visual cortex of blood oxygenation level dependent(BOLD).

结果:与正常对照组相比,不同情绪图片刺激时精神分裂症患者所激活视觉皮质位置无明显偏移,顶叶、额叶、颞叶及枕叶所诱发的磁场频数均无明显差异;当抑郁情绪图片刺激时,精神分裂症患者扣带回和颞上回(尤其右颞上回)所诱发的磁场频数比正常对照组增多,而颞顶交界处所诱发的磁场频数减少;当愉快情绪图片刺激时,精神分裂症患者额极所诱发的磁场频数比正常对照组增多。
