A grid drive power supply of tetrode for ECH & NBI high voltage power supply system(HVPS) in HT-7 TOKAMAK,which using MOSFET connected in series between grid power supply and grid of tetrode,is introduced.
利用MOSFET截止区的漏电流ID随控制栅极电压UGS成指数关系的特性,将其串联在直流电源和四极管控制栅负载之间,通过UGS的变化来反馈控制MOSFET漏电流的大小,从而改变其负载与四极管控制栅电压的大小,最终实现四极管稳压调节输出恒定的高压给托卡马克加热用的NBI或ECH负载。
