Many modifications have been done including weight reduction, power increment, portability modifications to hydraulic pump station and system assembly, as well as utilizing trailer engine powered air compressor and screw type air compressor.
针对输电线路施工中山区岩石锚杆型式基础越来越多的出现,原有MZ65Y锚杆钻机重量大、效率低,已经不能满足大量锚杆基础施工的要求,在将小车发动机用于空压机组、采用螺杆式空压机、对液压泵站及整体组装进行了减重增力、轻便化、精确化改造后,经运行检验,新一代螺杆式锚杆钻机具有较高工效、较高精确性、运转可靠、运输便利、使用成本低的特点,能够满足输电线路建设中大量锚杆基础施工对于钻机山区运输、施工效率的要求,有关经验也将为今后大功率轻便型施工机械配套开辟新途径。
