VO2 thin film has great prospects in many fields,and the potential applications in smart window,especially in the new fields:photon crystal,camouflage and stealthy technology,are viewed.
结合二氧化钒的结构分析了其热致变色特性;综述了二氧化钒薄膜的制备方法,着重评述了溅射法、化学气相沉积法及溶胶-凝胶法等几种常用方法;阐述了二氧化钒薄膜在智能窗、新兴光子晶体、伪装隐身技术方面的应用前景;最后指出了其今后的研究与发展方向。
