The increase of ortho-phosphates and the formation of calcium phosphate scale in heat exchangers with partial high-temperature fluids in systems using chlorine as the main sterilizer are studied in this paper.
针对以氯气为主要杀菌剂的系统,存在正磷升高、局部介质温度较高的换热器形成磷酸钙垢等问题进行了研究,在循环水处理配方中引入了耐氯分解能力强、分散能力好的缓蚀阻垢成分,筛选出代号为Fu-93a(P)的缓蚀阻垢剂,经生产应用腐蚀速率达到0。
