3-p-Anisyl)-3,3-diphenyl propionaldehyde was synthesized by reacting p-anisyldiphenylchloromethane with ethyl bromoacetate, hydrolyzing the obtained ester to corresponding carboxyl acid, converting the carboxyl acid to acyl chloride, reducting the acyl chloride with LiAlH_ 4 to alcohol and oxidizing the alcohol.
以二苯基(对甲氧基)苯基氯甲烷和溴乙酸乙酯反应得到3, 3- 二苯基-3 -(对甲氧基)苯基丙酸乙酯,然后水解和酰氯化得到3, 3- 二苯基- 3 -(对甲氧基)苯基丙酰氯,再用LiAlH4 还原得到其醇,再氧化得到3, 3 -二苯基- 3- (对甲氧基)苯基丙醛。
