Methods 56 patients with open achilles tendon ruptures were treated by Tsuge stuture or auxileary repair with free deep-fascia circuitously.

Methods: According to the suture method of JingXia, end-by-end suture and successive inverting suture were used to stitch ruptured flexor tendon, and then retention sutures were drawn from the proximal and distal end of ruptured tendon.
