Based on the analyzing the development of microwave assistance extraction (MAE) and its applications in agriculture, pharmaceutical industry, food processing industry and so on, using orange peel as material, mono-factor and orthogonal experiments were conducted to establish the optimal MAE technology of orange pigment.
