This paper objectively evaluates the weight in intellectual selection with entropy method, and brings forward a Multi-Hierarchy intellectual selection mehtod based on entropy, which avoids the subjectivity in calculating weight, takes into account the index communication among the evaluated objects in evaluating the weight, and mends the shortage of traditional comprehensive evaluation methods.
利用熵值法对人才甄选综合评价中的权系数问题进行客观赋值,提出基于熵权值的多层次人才甄选评价法,避免了权重的主观色彩,且充分利用了被评对象的指标信息量,弥补了传统综合评价法的缺陷,实证分析结果表明该方法的应用具有较强的实用性和可靠性。
