红富士苹果适宜纸袋筛选和套袋对果实糖积累及其相关酶活性影响的研究
The effects of different paper bags on fruit quality of 慗iefangzhong?loquat were studied.
结果表明,采用优质果袋(盛大果袋和凯祥果袋K2)套果,果实表面美观,果粉多,茸毛完整密集,果锈、日烧病、裂果均比对照显著减少,一级果比例提高20%~30%,可溶性固形物和还原糖含量较高;凯祥果袋K1与自制报纸袋效果相似,由于其纸质薄,强度不够,经风吹雨淋易破损,影响套袋效果,日烧病和裂果较为严重。

结果表明,套袋处理的果实中,套专用袋的果实品质最好;套报纸袋的果实不但着色最差、糖度最低,而且酸度较高,因而品质最差;套报纸袋加采前除袋比不除袋能促进果实着色和糖度增加,表明采前除袋可在一定程度上改善葡萄品质。
