Abstracet:This article analyses various problems of close securities investment bunds in China,reviews the developing process of investment bunds in all of world,reveals the advantages of open securities investment bunds for protecting the benefit of investmen,improving the structure of securities market and other five aspects compared with close securities investment bunds.
开放式证券投资基金作为一种基金制度在我国属金融创新,本文对中国目前封闭式证券投资基金存在的种种问题进行了深入剖析,并回顾了世界投资基金制度的演进历程,揭示了开放式证券投资基金在保护投资者利益、培养理性投资、改善证券市场投资结构,沟通货币市场和资本市场以及迎接入世挑战等五个方面较封闭式证券投资基金存在着明显的优势,从而得出开放式证券投资基金是中国基金业必须且明智的选择这一结论。
