研究了攀钢焦油蒸馏二段柱塞泵出口管道存在的问题,并通过在二段泵出口管道上增加空气缓冲罐、移位流量调节阀和压力表等改造,有效减轻了泵出口脉冲振动,消除了泵出口管道接管焊口的开裂现象,保证了生产的连续稳定。

对T10钢进行了脉动冲击磨损试验及滑动磨损试验 ,对其脉动冲击磨损机理进行了探讨 ,分析了T10钢脉动冲击载荷下的磨损规律及其与 45钢磨损的不同之处 ,指出T10钢脉动冲击载荷下的磨损规律受硬度和载荷的交叉影响 ,磨损机理不同于一般的滑动磨损 ,主要有切屑犁沟、疲劳剥落等 ,这几种磨损形式的存在与硬度、载荷有关 。
