The results showed that little xylan absorbed on fiber or carbohydrate linked to cellulose was removed out during xylanase pretreatment stage and these carbohydrate mainly were removed out during alkaline extraction stage, and this would lead to an obvious decrease in special absorption coefficient.
结果表明,木聚糖酶处理过程很少脱除吸附在纤维表面或是联接在纤维表面的碳水化合物,而在碱抽提过程中,这些与木聚糖酶的反应产物才真正脱离,光吸收系数也有明显降低。
The effects of xylanase AU-PE89 treatment combined with chelating and alkaline extraction on HD bleaching of NaOH-AQ wheat straw pulp, was investigated.
结果表明:木聚糖酶结合螯合处理和碱抽提可以有效改善NaOH-AQ麦草浆HD漂白效果,同时还可以降低HD漂白废液的CODCr,减少漂白污染。
