调整处理对17-4PH不锈钢耐海水腐蚀性能的影响
The immersion and electrochemical tests indicated that 17-4PH stainless steel showed positive corrosion and pitting potential but less annual corrosion rate when it was experienced intermediate treatment before aging.
结果表明,17-4PH 不锈钢过调整处理后再进行时效处理, 自腐蚀电位和点蚀电位升高而年腐蚀率下降,耐海水腐蚀性能全面优于直接时效态试样。
The results indicate that the tensile strength of the samples without intermediate treatment declined while the plasticity and toughness increased with the aging temperature rising.
结果表明:未经调整处理的三组试样,随着时效温度的升高,其强度下降,塑、韧性提高,冲击断口均为典型的准解理脆性断裂;经调整处理的一组试样,其强度较其他试样的要低,但塑、韧性与其他试样相比明显提高,冲击断口具有明显的韧性断裂特征;经调整处理后试样的马氏体组织较均匀细小。
Therefore,a drying strategy,including pre-steaming before kiln drying and final conditioning after kiln drying,was developed by the authors with the intent to improve lumber drying quality.
