Starting from 3,5-dihydroxy benzoic acid,3,5-diacetoxy benzoic acid chloride was synthesized via acetoxy protection and chloridation,then through Heck reaction with p-methoxy styrene and deacetoxy protection by sodium methoxide,the natural stilbene product(E)-4′-methoxy-3,5-dihydroxy-stilbene was synthesized in 66% yield.
以3,5-二羟基苯甲酸为原料,通过乙酰基保护、酰氯化,生成中间体3,5-二乙酰氧基苯甲酰氯,再与4-甲氧基苯乙烯经Heck反应、甲醇钠脱乙酰基保护,得到单一的■类天然产物标题化合物,产率66%。
