The diallel crossing of eight synthetic populations of maize and NCII mating design of five synthetic populations crossing with six inbred were applied to assay combining ability of grain yield per plant and its component factors and the heterotic patterns of five synthetic population which were developed by breeding unit in China.
以8个玉米综合群体的双列杂交和6个群体与6个自交系的NCII交配设计试验,根据杂交种的单株产量和产量因子表现以及配合力表现,对5个玉米人工合成群体的杂种优势模式进行研究。
The results showed that yield and its component factor were significantly different among six synthetic populations (64 3～103 9g).
对６个合成群体的性状表现和配合力进行了初步评估，结果表明：湖北省新合成的４个群体ＷＢＭ、ＷＬＳ、ＬＢＭ、ＬＬＳ的产量较高，除ＬＢＭ外，产量一般配合力较好。
