[Objective]To grasp the current dose levels for the main types of diagnostic X-ray examinations in Shanghai.
[目的]掌握当前上海市各主要类型X射线诊断检查的剂量水平。
Including: ①the dosimeter examining and stability of treatment standardinthe ionization chamber;②the measurement affected by repeatability,stability,linearity andthe randomvariety of angle bracket that is usedin measuring monitor of accelerator(It’s mainfunctionis monitoringthe prescription dose of patients);③QA&QC measure in beamand characteristics of field.
放疗剂量测量中的质量控制(QC)与质量保证(QA)是对肿瘤患者进行精确治疗不可缺少的重要环节,本文对剂量测量的QA、QC从内容、方法到指标或范围都进行了较为详尽的定量的论述:(1)治疗水平电离室剂量计的检定与稳定性;(2)用于患者处方剂量监测的加速器上监督剂量仪的重复性、稳定性及线性和随机架角变化等影响的检测;(3)射束质和射野特性等QA、QC措施。
