将虚拟样机技术引入插床设计开发领域,首先对模型进行了运动学分析,并且通过改变各参数值进行仿真,分析各参数值变化对机构运动特性和切削质量的影响;其次,从全局优化的角度出发,以电机功率消耗最大值最小为优化目标,利用ADAM S软件提供的优化分析功能,通过对机构中变量参数的设计研究,找出了对电机功率消耗影响较大的变量参数,并且对这些设计变量进行了优化,使得优化后的电机功率消耗最大值降低。
