该文综述了近十多年来单味中药防治脂肪肝作用的研究进展情况,发现许多中药是通过调节血脂、保护肝脏免受脂质过氧化损伤来达到防治目的,而像广昆布、海藻等既能调节血脂,又能软坚散结,阻止脂肪肝向肝纤维化、肝硬化发展的药物,更应引起开发研究者和临床应用者的重视。
