The author synthetically summarized the application of recent test technologys in gas sensitive materials characterization and the sensitivity mechanism model s foundation, such as X-ray diffraction,electron microscope , electron spectrum, thermal analysis and the others.
对常用的近代测试技术如X射线衍射、电子显微镜、电子能谱、热分析等在气敏材料的表征与敏感机理模型建立中的应用进行了综述,指出:明确气敏材料结构与性能的关系,有助于理解气敏材料的敏感机理,并进一步提高气体传感器的应用性能。
